Infant Miss: birth to 11-month olds
Baby Miss: 12 month olds to 23 month olds
Teeny Miss: 2, 3, 4 year olds
Tiny Miss: 5, 6, 7 year olds
Little Miss: 8, 9, 10 year olds
Petite Miss: 11, 12, 13 year olds
Teen Miss: 14, 15, 16 year olds
Miss: 17, 18, 19 year olds

Young ladies who reside in the state of Georgia are eligible to compete as long as you abide by these stipulations: Anyone who has been married, pregnant, arrested, convicted of a crime, or on probation, attends an alternative educational setting, who has quit high school or who did not complete high school, or any young lady who does not live with parents or legal guardians cannot compete in this pageant.(Young ladies who live with their boyfriend will not be allowed to compete.) Only young ladies with a wholesome image are invited to compete in this pageant.

If any potential contestant gives false statements about any stipulations listed above, they WILL NOT be allowed to compete-AND NO SPONSORSHIP MONEY WILL BE RETURNED!!!!!!

3rd Annual Miss Three Rivers Sunshine Pageant Guidelines
Sponsored by the McRae Jaycees-Saturday, May 6, 2006

1-The pageant application is due back to your pageant contact with all money paid by:
A.1st deadline: Monday, April 24th- no late charges applies before this date! This deadline’s cost includes $50 sponsorship fee and each additional event your child will be entered in for $5 per event.
B.2nd deadline and FINAL DEADLINE: Friday, April 28th – late charges apply!
This final deadline’s cost will include a $60 sponsorship fee and each additional event your child will be entered in for $10 per event.(Pageant contacts: Bowen Jewelers & Gifts, Curves Gym, Security State Bank, or Toni’s House of Style-all in McRae. Little Ocmulgee EMC in Alamo & Dublin. Dodge County News-Eastman. Or mail the application and all money/pictures to the McRae Jaycees, 812 West Graham Street, McRae, GA 31055.)

2-All photogenic pictures will be furnished by the contestant and are also DUE when the application is turned in!!! We will accept: One 8 x 10 photo, OR Two 5 x 7 photos.

3-Birthdays-The contestant should sign up for the division of their age based on the day of the pageant. Example: If you child turns five on May 6th-the day of the pageant-they will have to be in the Tiny Miss Division.

4-Behind the Scenes-While getting your child ready in the staging area, we ask that you please keep your voices down! Only the contestant and 2 other FEMALE ADULTS are allowed back stage since we do not have enough room.

5-No Interviews-In this pageant, there will be no interviews for the older contestants. All contestants will be judged on beauty, poise, grace, and stage presence.

6-Judge Etiquette -Before, during, or after the pageant there will be no contact with the judges. This will be strictly enforced. We have Official Georgia Certified Judges that will judge this event

7-McRae Jaycee Children and Families of McRae Jaycee Members are eligible to compete!

8-We welcome cameras and video cameras during the pageant-however those items will not be allowed in the staging area! Due to contestants changing into and out of their dresses. Cameras and video camera will only be allowed in the pageant area. Video Cameras cannot be set up on tripods or in the isles blocking spectators or contestants from entering the pageant. If you choose to video the pageant, you cannot sell the videos to any contestant or their families

9-It will be the choice of the parents/guardians of the winners of each age division whether they enter their contestant in any local parade or event.

10-Please remember your manners during the pageant! If you make rude remarks about the outcome of any of the divisions-your child will not be allowed to participate in any future pageant sponsored by the McRae Jaycees. This activity is designed to be fun for all contestants, families, and spectators!!!

11-The pageant coordinators, the McRae Jaycees, will make any decision for unforeseen problems that may arise before or during the pageant that are not discussed in these guidelines. And these decisions will be final!!!!!!!!!

12-ALL sponsorship money is to be turned in with Pageant Application, if it is not-you will be subject to the stipulated late fees. Sponsorship money WILL NOT be REFUNDED for ANY reason after it has been paid. Checks that are returned for insuffient funds will be charged a $15 fee!

13-Practice Dates and Times: VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!
Birth to Seven-Year-Old Contestants: Thursday, May 4th at 6:30 pm.
Eight-Year-Old to Nineteen-Year-Old Contestants: Friday, May 6th at 6:30 p.m.
***The Pageant for The Infant Division will begin at 2:00p.m. on May 6!-all the other pageants will follow. -More exact times for each division will be given the night of practice-when we know how many contestants are in each division. We will crown each queen at the end of their division, and after pictures are made-they are free to leave the premises.

Cost for admission the day of the pageant is a one-time price of $5-Kids 3 feet or under get in free!
